Requirements for Participation

This challenge is not a leisurely sightseeing trip. Before you start, please look at your physical condition, strengthen your exercise routine and prepare for your essential physical fitness.

Friends who fall into the following categories should not participate

Infectious patients, such as those with infectious hepatitis, active pulmonary tuberculosis, typhoid fever, etc.

2

Patients with cardiovascular diseases such as severe hypertension, heart failure, myocardial infarction, etc.

3

Those who have had severe colds, fever, chest tightness, shortness of breath, palpitations, or any continuous symptoms for three days before the event.

4

Those with recent injuries within three days before the event.

5

Pregnant women who are currently pregnant or have had a cesarean section within six months.

Organizing committee will process the application in 2-3 days.
