The cost includes
- All local transportation in Dunhuang and the Gobi Desert during the event, including full-time tourist vehicle service (except during free time)
- Two nights of double occupancy hotel accommodation in Dunhuang during the event, with each person occupying half a room *
- Three nights of large tent arrangements in the uninhabited area of the Gobi Desert during the event
- All local meals during the event period (three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, except during free time)
- At least one experienced tour leader to guide the group
- Stamp duty equivalent to 0.15% of the tour fee, to obtain protection under the "Travel Industry Compensation Fund" and the "Travel Agency Accident Emergency Assistance Fund Scheme"
- Communication and logistical support costs during the event
- Cultural preservation management fees along the journey during the event
* All accommodations during the event are twin rooms, with each person occupying half a room. If there are no special requests, we will arrange for you to share a room with another participant of the same gender from the group.

Notes
- The above activities are for reference only and may be subject to change based on local conditions. We will make every effort to follow the schedule and provide the best alternative locations in case some sites cannot be visited.
- Once registered, if a participant wishes to withdraw/cancel the application/participation in the hiking group, it shall be processed in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions in the appendix.
- The organizing committee will purchase professional outdoor insurance for each participant, with a coverage of 1 million RMB.
- All accommodations during the event are twin rooms, with each person occupying half a room. If there are no special requests, we will arrange for you to share a room with another participant of the same gender from the group.
- If the hotels specified in the event are not able to provide accommodation, we will arrange for accommodation in a hotel of a similar standard.
- Local guides will provide commentary in Mandarin and English during the event.
- It is recommended that participants purchase travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal property, event cancellation, event interruption, and medical evacuation.
